About Formic
FORMIC’s goal is to simplify the transport of heavy and bulky goods. For this purpose, we develop modular transport systems that can move heavy loads of different sizes and weights safely and with high precision.
The Challenge
Moving heavy and bulky loads such as machinery and equipment today requires a lot of time and effort. The great manual effort, high demands on the ground conditions and limited space represent only some of the typical challenges from practice.
Our Solution
A system consists of a flexible number of vehicles that can be arranged on the load as needed. The vehicles lift the load together in a synchronized manner and then move it in formation – operated by a single person.

Our compact vehicles with a diameter of 630 mm and a load capacity of 3.0 tons per vehicle offer a system load capacity of up to 9 tons.
FORMIC B50
Our powerful vehicles offer a high load capacity with impressive off-road mobility. With a diameter of 950 mm and a load capacity of 5.0 tons per vehicle, they achieve a system load capacity of up to 75 tons.
