About Formic
FORMIC’s goal is to simplify the transport of heavy and bulky goods. For this purpose, we develop modular transport systems that can move heavy loads of different sizes and weights safely and with high precision.
FORMIC x Komorebi
An application example for the use of FORMIC transport vehicles: The shade-providing komorebi is a seating area with a light-filtering flax fiber roof and can be moved by FORMIC vehicles on Karlsruhe’s Kronenplatz. This creates unlimited possibilities for designing the square.

Our compact vehicles with a diameter of 695 mm and a load capacity of 3.0 tons per vehicle offer a system load capacity of up to 9 tons.
FORMIC B50
Our powerful vehicles offer a high load capacity with impressive off-road mobility. With a diameter of 950 mm and a load capacity of 5.0 tons per vehicle, they achieve a system load capacity of up to 75 tons.
